Canberra sits three hours down the Hume from the Sydney facility, so territory parcels ride the overnight road run and are almost always out for delivery the next business morning. Queanbeyan and Jerrabomberra are handled in the same run despite technically being in NSW, so cross-border addresses see no difference in speed or price.

Canberra buys differently from the coastal capitals. Orders here are more likely to go to a workplace or a suburban house than an apartment, single-device orders are more common than bulk restocks, and the flavour mix leans toward the classic mint and tobacco-adjacent profiles rather than the sweeter fruit blends. The territory also has a pronounced quiet period over the January break when much of the public service is away.

Every device listed here is physically held in an Australian warehouse, so nothing is drop-shipped from overseas and nothing is quietly cancelled days after payment. Each one carries the manufacturer security label with a scratch-off verification code you can check yourself, and we replace any device whose code fails to verify.

Australia Post will not leave a parcel at a secure Parliamentary Triangle or campus address without someone to receive it, so ANU and government-precinct deliveries are best sent to a residential address instead.
